Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Here you will find all the information on shipping times, delivery conditions and the returns policy that apply to our products and services.

Shipping

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours of payment being confirmed.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination and product availability.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

Deliveries are made on working days. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.

If nobody is present at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt or leave instructions for collection.

Returns

- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.

- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all its packaging.

- Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.
