This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, without prejudice to the Owner's right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as the conditions required for access to and use of it. Accessing and/or using the Website after such modifications or changes take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
Access to and use of certain content and/or services may nonetheless be subject to specific conditions.
For the purposes of interpreting this Legal Notice, a person becomes a user (hereinafter, "User" or "Users") at the moment they accept this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy set out on the Website.
Liability
The Owner is not responsible for information and content stored in forums, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website.
However, in accordance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the Owner undertakes to remove or, where applicable, block any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, or public morality and order.

All liability is excluded for any technical incident or failure occurring while the User is connecting to the internet. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Website is governed by the legislation in force in Spain.
The Owner and the User agree to submit any dispute arising from the interpretation and application of this Legal Notice to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
