1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and the contracting of services offered through the Streaming On Set website.

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and Services

Streaming On Set offers:

• Sale of audiovisual and professional streaming equipment.

• Rental of technical equipment.

• Streaming, remote monitoring and live production services.

• Technical support and repair service.

The essential characteristics of each product or service are set out on its corresponding page.

3. Ordering Process

The customer must select the desired products or services and complete the purchase by following the steps indicated on the website.

Before the order is finalised, a summary will be shown with the total price, applicable taxes and, where relevant, shipping costs.

Order confirmation will be sent by email.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Available payment methods will be indicated during the purchase process.

Streaming On Set reserves the right to change prices at any time, always honouring the amount confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and conditions are set out in the dedicated Shipping and Returns section.

The times indicated are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the company's control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with current legislation.

The product must be returned in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

Services already performed and customised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory warranty in force in Spain.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, incorrect handling or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Streaming On Set shall not be liable for service interruptions arising from external causes, force majeure or third-party supplier failures.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with current legislation.
